ELYSIAN FIELDS, Texas — Pleasant Grove rolled to a pair of impressive wins Friday in the Brandon Goyne Memorial Softball Tournament being hosted by Elysian Fields.

The Lady Hawks deat Harleton, 6-1, and then came back to crush Kilgore, 22-3. Lexi Snyder was the winning pitcher in both games for the Hawks.

Pleasant Grove banged out nine hits in beating Harleton. Adi Kolller led the way with two hits, including a triple, to knocked iin two runs. Snyder also had two hits, drove in a run and scored twice.

The Hawks smashed 23 hits, including six for extra bases, to score 22 runs against Kilgore. Snyder, Koller, Bre Jones had four hits apiece and MJ Williams had three hits. Jones had six RBI for the game.
