TEXARKANA, Texas — Genoa Central's DJ Rowe scored 14 points, including four 3-pointers, to ignite the Lady Dragons to a 47-44 win over Pleasant Grove Friday.

Gracie Fowler added 11 points for Genoa Central (4-4), which led 23-16 at halftime.

Peyton Mathews was the lone double-figure scorer for the Lady Hawks.

Pleasant Grove is scheduled to play today at Queen City.

The Dragons will open Conference 7-3A play Tuesday at Ashdown.
